How many sessions will I need?
Everyone's journey is different. We'll discuss your goals during your free call and recommend the programme that best suits your needs. Usually between 4 and 6 sessions.

Meet Fiona
This resonated with me personally.
For years, I found it difficult to speak up in meetings, share my opinions in larger groups, or feel comfortable taking up space around bigger personalities. On the outside I appeared confident, yet internally I often questioned myself.
Through my own mindset journey and NLP training, I discovered that confidence isn't something we're born with or without. It's something we can cultivate by changing the patterns that keep us feeling small.
That's why I created The Confidence Method.
Today, I help women shift the internal patterns of self-doubt so they can reconnect with their voice and experience confidence as something natural, not forced.
I truly believe there is so much brilliance hidden within so many women, and it brings me immense joy to help them step into it.
I'm a registered chiropractor and certified NLP Practitioner with a passion for helping people feel healthier, stronger, and more connected to themselves.
For many years, I supported people through chiropractic care, but I realised that whilst I could help relieve physical tension, many women were also carrying something much deeper - self-doubt, overthinking, and a quiet tendency to hold themselves back.
